Elovia Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Elovia Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) in promoting Elovia courses and services (“Products”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By applying for and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join.
You must have a valid email address, active bank account (or PayPal), and online presence (social media, website, or community).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Elovia Affiliate, you agree to:

Promote our courses and programs with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
Use only approved marketing materials provided by Elovia unless otherwise authorized.
Not engage in misleading, spammy, or unethical promotion methods.
Not use paid ads that compete with Elovia’s own advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads using our brand name).
Respect our brand image and values in all promotions.

3. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link to share with your audience.
All referrals and sales will be tracked through your unique link.
Only purchases made directly through your link will be eligible for commissions.
Elovia is not responsible for tracking failures due to cookie deletion, user privacy settings, or incorrect link usage.

4. Commissions & Payments

Affiliates earn 20% commission on each paid course purchased via their affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (after discounts, refunds, or chargebacks).
Payouts are made monthly, within the first 10 business days of the following month.
The minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000 / $20 USD.
Payments are made via bank transfer (Nigeria) or PayPal (international).
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes or bank charges.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund for a course, the related commission will be deducted from your next payout.
Elovia reserves the right to review and adjust commissions in the case of fraudulent activity or system errors.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Use false or misleading claims to promote Elovia.
Use coupon or discount websites without permission.
Promote on adult, offensive, or unethical platforms.
Engage in spam (email spam, comment spam, or bot promotion).
Create fake identities or accounts to earn commissions.
Use “Elovia” or related trademarks in domain names or ads.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Elovia (logos, banners, text, videos, etc.) remain our exclusive property.
Affiliates may use these materials solely for promotional purposes as part of the Program.
You may not alter or modify our branding without prior written approval.

8. Termination

Elovia reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time if you:

Violate these Terms,
Engage in unethical behavior, or
Bring the brand into disrepute.

You may also terminate your participation at any time by sending a written notice to Elovia.

Upon termination:

You must stop using all affiliate materials and links immediately.
Any unpaid commissions under the threshold may be forfeited.

9. Program Changes

Elovia may modify commission rates, payout methods, or these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through their dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

Elovia makes no guarantees about income or success through the Program.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from participation.
Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Elovia Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
